Door card blanks. Made from lightweight 4-5mm thick corrugated plastic, our door card blanks are sized to work with our metal door tops and are a good alternative to plywood or aluminium. They are easy to cut to size and are rigid enough to support themselves. Vinyl or leather is easily attached with standard trim adhesives. You’ll find our irresistible arm rests here, they just screw through the back of the panel to give your arm a rest… Simples.
